RESOLUTION NO 75 04
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
COTTON, SHIRES AND ASSOCIATES,INC.
FOR UPDATING THE TOWN'S GEOLOGIC MAP
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and considered
that certain Agreement between the Town and Cotton, Shires And Associates, Inc.;
NOW THERFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
authorize the City Manager on behalf of the Town to execute the Agreement between the
Town of Los Altos Hills and Cotton, Shires And Associates, Inc. for updating the Town's
Geologic Map with a not to exceed total of$15,000.00.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 2004.
