RESOLUTION NO. 78-04
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER FOR
REVISED PHOTOVOLTAIC DESIGN FOR THE NEW TOWN HALL,
WHEREAS, the New Town Hall Committee and the Construction Manager has
reviewed the revised photovoltaic system,
WHEREAS, said proposal meets the Town's needs in terms of efficiency, visual impact
and cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE
to approve change order to the Eco-Energies contract in the amount of$29,129
