RESOLUTION NO, 7 9-04.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL FOR AUDIO-
VISUAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE NEW TOWN HALL,
WHEREAS,the New Town Hall Committee has received and reviewed a proposal dated
October 12,2004 from Charles Salter Associates for audiovisual design services
associated with the New Town Hall,
WHEREAS, said proposal has been deemed necessary for completion of the New Town
Hall,
NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE
to approve the following line items from said proposal totaling $8,500.00:
• Bid Documents Phase 1 (audio system) $7,000.00
• Bidding $1,500.00
