RESOLUTION NO. 8204
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING MARK THOMAS & COMPANY
TO PROVIDE SURVEY SERVICES FOR
A RECORD SURVEY OF THE PROPOSED CONSERVATION EASEMENT
DESCRIBED AS ALL OF APN 102-31-065 (LANDS OF CROZIER HOGLE)
WHEREAS,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills entered into an
agreement with Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. for Consulting Engineering Services on
September 20, 2001; and
WHEREAS, The Town of Los Altos Hills wishes to utilize Mark Thomas &
Company, Inc. to provide surveying services for a record survey of the proposed
voluntary conservation easement described as all of APN 102-31-065 (Lands of Crozier
Hogle).
WHEREAS, Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. has provided a proposal to the
Town of Los Altos Hills to provide surveying services in the amount of$12,950 for the
record survey,
NOW THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of Los Altos Hills does hereby
authorize the City Manager, upon receipt of the signed and notarized Conservation
Easement Agreement,to accept and execute the Mark Thomas & Company, Inc.
proposal on behalf of the Town.
