RESOLUTION 62-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING
RECLASSIFICATION OF THE SENIOR ENGINEER POSITION
WHEREAS, the Personnel Rules and Regulations and Employee Classification and
Compensation Plan documents were last comprehensively reviewed and updated in 2006 and
revised in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012; and
WHEREAS, the Town the Rules and Regulations and Employee Classification and
Compensation Plan must be updated to reflect changes in compensation and payroll practices;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby approve and
adopt amendments to the Employee Classification and Compensation Plan to reflect a new salary
range for the Town's Senior Engineer position.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of October, 2012 by the following vote:
AYES: Larsen, Waldeck, Mordo, Radford, Summit
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
