This report tracks the implementation of the Town's solar ordinance for the 3`d and 0 quarter of 2007. A total of 33 site development and building permits have been issued for the construction of solar panels. The average size of the approved solar panels are 576 square feet. Two solar permits were issued along with new residences and two permits took advantage of the 500 square foot bonus incentive. Since the implementation of the solar ordinances, there has been a 77% increase of solar installation in the Town between 2006 and 2007.
