RE: New Residence at 26491 Ascension Drive
Dear Planning Commission Members,
Due to our hectic travel schedules, Anita and I may not be able to attend the planning commission
meeting this evening regarding the project next door to us. I have reviewed the latest plans and have been
made aware of the grading requests for the home and backyard. In the event that we are not there this
evening, we would like to re -emphasis our legitimate concerns for privacy from our home front and side
yard.
We strongly believe that we are the closest and most impacted neighbor regarding this proposed
development. We have previously stated our endorsement for the home. We are very pleased that the
proposed home and rear yard have been lowered a couple of feet from the previous plan we had seen
before. This lower profile home and lowered yard greatly improves our privacy and reduces the impact of
the home and especially the rear yard. We believe that the additional grading request provides us with
substantial benefit and we support this request.
We would like to see this project approved and moved forward.
