Hi David,
As you requested, we estimated Robleda Court contains about 13,000 square feet of pavement
surface. Please let me know if you have further questions.
Thanks,
John

John et al,
1 feel that given the fact the applicant is requesting grading policy exceptions for the cabana, the
driveway, the backup area adjacent to the basement garage and portions of the side and rear
yards, that the Town is in position to request something in return if it indeed grants these
requested exceptions. Therefore, I suggest that you have the applicant repave our street.
With all due respect, given the deteriorating condition of our street, any repair to the existing
conditions is really worthless.
Sincerely,
David O'Such

Hi David,
As part of the conditions of approval for the construction of the new residence, the Town will
require the property owners to repair any damage to the roadway due to the construction of the
residence, prior to final the new residence. The property owners shall provide photos of the
current roadway condition prior to acceptance of building permit plan check. The Town keeps the
photos in the project file and will compare them with the roadway condition prior to final the new
house. The Town will make sure the property owners/contractor repair the damages but we
cannot make the owner repave the roadway. Please call me at 941-7222 if you want to discuss
this further.
Thanks,
John

Debbie,
With respect to this application, I would like to see the applicant be required to repave Robleda
Court. The street is very much in need of being repaved and all the new construction efforts will
further deteriorate this street. For ongoing safety of access for emergency vehicles, the city
should request that the applicant be required to repave the street.
