NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF SITE DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT
(FAST-TRACK REVIEW)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Director has approved the following
application at a Fast Track Hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2008:
LANDS OF EVERSHINE III, L.P., 13310 La Paloma Road, File #63 -05 -
LLA; A request for a lot line adjustment. CEQA Review: Categorical
Exemption per Section 15305 (a) (staff -Nicole Horvitz).
All applications approved by the Planning Director, at a Fast-track meeting, are subject to
a 22 day appeal period. Any member of the public may appeal the Planning Director's
decision on the aforementioned project by submitting a letter requesting appeal and the
justification for appeal, and submitting a fee of $430 and deposit of $700. The appeal
letter and fees must be submitted not later than 5:00 p.m. September 10, 2008.
