M., Thursday, January 90, 1958 at the Town Hall, 26379 West Fremont, Los Altos Hills. ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Chairman Dawson, Commissioners Holm, Sherlock, Spain, Stedman, Williams ABSENT: Mellquist, Tantau MINUTES: December 21st,. Corrections: Page, 1, para. 1: Nestor Barrett: Delete the word "filed" and inser t a wo s "be used". Page 2, Edwin P. Gtrrt-h: Para; It is to noted: Delete t=llowing words "laid out prior to incorporation" and add "filed in 1948 with the State Real Estate Board". ACTION: Adopt minutes of December 21st, 1957 as corrected. CORRESPONDENCE: 1. Fremont Hills Develomeat Com an - Notice of meeting of the oa of�ectors o eFremont Hills Country Club to be held on January 142, 1958, 7:30 P. M. at the Town Hall. The planning Commission will be represented. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Jack Hall Abandonment of portion of Robleda Avenue. Commissioner Stedman reported for the Map Committee. He recom- mended that this portion should not be abandoned, as it may serve the property of Mr. Avidano in the event of future development. A copy of this report will be sent to Mr. Hall. 2. Progress Report - Planning Commission 1956-1958. The City Council has requested a general progress report of the activities of the Planning Commission for the last two years. �} Commissioner Stedman agreed to compile a report showing building permits issued in the area during the period 1956-1958. l -2 - NEW BUS ... SS 3 14r3. Variance: Q�ggpEk 2, Kirkpatrick (V-21-57). Reduction of rear setback to feet. Commissioner Stedman reported that the Map Committee, after an 'on site inspection' recommends approval of this variance. The adjacent neighbor has given approval of such a variance. RECOMMENDATION: That the variance of 25' of the rear lot line of George R. Kirkpatrick (V-21-57) be approved. MOTION: Sherlock; SECOND: Spain; VOTE: Passed unanimously 2. Subdivisions: a) Dr. Harold Beaver (100-58) 24 lots. Engr. L. Brian.. Commissioner Stedman reported the recommendations of the Map Committee. RECOMMENDATION: That the Subdivision Map of Dr. Harold Beaver (100-58) 24 lots, be approved subject to the following conditions. 1. The four lots noted as not a part of this Subdivision" be included to make this a 24 -lot subdivision. 2. The unnumbered lot, adjacent to lot ♦}20, is a part of Fremont Hills Unit =5. 3. All existing buildings must conform to Town setback requirements, with one family per site. These buildings must be brought up to Building Code specifications. 4. Design adequate turn -outs on long driveway to Beaver residence and make the drive a 32' Right -of -Way, sub- ject to the approval of Fire Chief Bassett. 5. Street "B" must haveh 50' dedicated Right -of -May, 6. Lots i%, 7, 8, anc8 to be served by driveway easement I of 321. f7. Street "A" should meet Arastradero Road at more nearly a right angle. 8. 'Extend the south line of the right-of-way of Street "A" �• I/ to meet the south property line, with a minimum inter- cept along boundary line of 60'. -3- 9. Obtain adequate water supply for fire protection. *" 10. Confirmation of water supply is necessary from Purissima Hills County Water District: 11. Check County requirements concerning developments of Arastradeib Road, which is a County Road. MOTIOT: Spain, SECOND: Holm: VOTE: passed unanimously b) John H. Junor (99-57) 2 lots. Engr. Nolte. RECOMMENDATION: That the subdivision into 2 lots one of them with an exist- ing residence, of John H. Junor 199-57) be approved.
