ACTION:
Adopt minutes of February 62, 1958 as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:
1,, ZonaLng Ordinance - Copies of the Ordinance were distributed, and
it was announced that there will be a Public Hearing Thursday,
March 62, 1958, following the regular meeting of the Planning
Commission, at 7>30:P. M. nt tne,Town Hall, P6379 West Frenont.•
NEW BUSINESS:
Subdivisions:
1. Heine Schmidt (102-58) 2 lots. Engr. Nolte.
Commissioner Stedman, Chairman of the Map Committee stated that
the tentative map met all requirements of the Planning Commission.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the tentative subdivision map of Heine Schmidt (102-58)
2 lots, be approved.

reported the
findings
of the
Map Committee.
That the tentative subdivision map of Francis R. Duveneck, Jr.
(101-58) 4 lots, be approved for planning purposes, with the
following provisions:
1. That Rhus Ridge Road and Peck Road be shown as a dedicated
Right -of -Way extending to Moody Road.
2. That a dedicated Right -of -Way be shown connecting E1 Monte
Avenue and Rhus Ridge Road.
3. That the standards of development of Rhus Ridge Road and
Peck Road be subject to the approval of the Planning Com-
mission.
MOTION: Mellquist; SECOND: Stedman; VOTE: Passed unanimously
PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION:
1, Mr. and Mrs. Albin Snarr, 12581 Miraloma Avenue, presented a map
showrnga subdivision prior to incorporation of the Town of two
lots, one more than one acre and the other less than one acre.
Request was made to subdivide larger lot, containing a residence.
A small parcel, containing the residence, would be added to the
substandard lot, thus increasing its size, but retaining in excess
of 1 acre in balance of larger parcel.
The Map Committee will make an "on-site' inspection and report to
the Manning Commission.
