The meeting was called to order b- Chairman Omar N. Spain Thursday,
June 5m, 1958 at 7:45 F. M. at the Town Hall, 26379 West Fremont Avenue,
Los Altos Hills.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Commissioners Hayes, Sherlock, Williams,
Chairman Spain.
ABSENT: Commissioners Mellquist, Holm, Tantau

ACTION:
Adopt minutes of May 170, 1958 as corrected.

CORRESPONDWCE:
1. Wi liam D Ger - Letter, dated June 50, 1958, was received request -
ng a prejiminaxy discussion of a proposed division of land.
Deferred to Preliminary Discussion.
2. Santa Clara Count Flood Control - Resolution declaring certain
po c ee o e oun ry o0 ontroI and 'nater Conservation Dis-
trict, and two proposed ordinances, one establishing fees for flood
control and the other establishing official plan lines for water-
courses within'.the District.
Filed.
3. Co Bounds. Commission - potice, dated May 140, 1958, of pro-

as Serra Al.

The Chairman explained that at the time the Monahan Subdivision
was approved, stipulation was made that the only building site
would be in the south corner of the lot due to questionable
`, approval of septic tank location.
RECOMMENDATION:
That an 'on site' inspection be made in the case of the
property of Mrs. S. Jacobsen to be reported on at the next
meeting.

RECOMMENDATION:
That the matter of Fink Horse Ranch ;,2 (25-56) 7 lots, be
forwarded to the City Council, and that Commissioners Sherlock
and Mellquist be asked to explain the problems involved:

b) Gieseker. R. A. (15-56) 4 lots. Engr. McMillen.
Chairman Spain reviewed correspondence pertinent to this
subdivision.
RECOMMENDATION:
That final approval be given the tentative Subdivision Map
of Gieseker, Buitrago, and Cox, with the dedication of a ten
(10) foot strip along the existing roads named Ravensbury,
Camino Hermosa, and Fernhill; with the additional dedication
of the fifty (50) foot right of way for the full length of
the cul-de-sac.
MOTION: Sherlock; SECOr+D: lJilliams; VOTE: Passed unanimously

RECOMMENDATION:
4W That the Sylvester ;mdriano Map (113-58) 2 lots be approved
for planning purposes and that thirty (30) feet be dedi-
cated on Elena avenue.

That this map be referred to the City Attorney for the
solution regarding the two (2) existing residences.
