Chairman Brown called the meeting of the Variance and Permit Commission
to order at 7:01 pm in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, 26379 Fremont
Road:
A. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner CariCO, Chairman Brown
Absent: Commissioner Perkins
Staff: City Engineer Alec Russell, City Planner/Building Inspector
Ken Pastrof, Planning Secretary Kate Tenney
As the Commission had omitted the election of Officers at the last meeting,
Chairman Broom opened nominations for(hairran: Commissioner Carico
nominated Th. Brown, the vote was unanimous. Commissioner Carico nom-
inated Mrs. Hillestad (appointed to the Variance and Permit Commission
for August 13, 1975) as Vice -Chairman, the vote was unanimous.
B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: July 23, 1975
Page 2, under Lands of Taylor, Condition 87, Commissioner Carico
asked that it be understood, ,..with dedication of a 10' path easement
adjacent to, and over, the southerly half of Central 'hive' will be
shed prior fucrther1correcoPermits. issuance of Building
corrections, Chairman Broom declared the minutes of. July 10,
1975 approved as corrected.
C. BUILDING SITE APPROVAL:
1. LANDS OF OFFENBACKER, Rhoda Drive, Frank Pisano, Engineer, BSA -
6048 -75.

11r. Pastrof noted that Condition 07, pertaining, to a vehicular
access easement through Lands of Taylor, had been secured.
Commissioner Carico asked that the need for a vehicular access
easement be stated as a condition.
iy commissioner Carico moved, seconded by Chairman Brom, to
recommend to Council approval of Lands of Offenbacker, BSA-
(Air VARIANCE AND PEWIT WVISSTON - July 23, 1975

6048-75, with the Staff conditions 1 thru 10 inclusive, with
condition 6 chaneed to 6 (b) and the securerent of a vehicular
easement as depicted on Lands of Taylor in the northwest quadrant
of Lot 9, Tract 3529, this to be condition 6 (a). Tbticn carried
by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioner Carico, Chairman Braun
NOES: None
ABSITM Commissioner Perkins
There being no further business, Chairman Brown adiourzned this meeting
of the Variance and Permit Commission at 7:15 -pm to the next scheduled
regular meeting of August 13, 1975.
