Coma,issioner Per%ins did not feel approval should he recnmmended because
of t'^e possibility of Parcel "B° being furtaer subdividable, and because he
,!id not kneh9 what P,as being considered in the "!ay of Ordinance revisions.
Commissioner Proft agreed with Commissioner Porkins and felt, in addition,
that under the existing Ordinance, the existing six parking spaces required
h!ould create excessive cuts and fills: therefore he could not vete for an
an^roval.
Chairman Carica moved, secorr'ed by Commissioner Younn, to recommend exemption
from the subdivision moratorium; LAMnS OF PARR, APP! 2.32 -11 -IM. Potion

pertaining to suh.ject property. Discussion ensued between Staff and
Commissior relative to drainage in Vie area and whethnr the oronerty o�-iner
had coesidered dedicating the roadway and making it public, since there were
five noel being served by this private road. fir. Pastrof stated
that these matters c•ou':d be considered and resolved at the tentative map

Pecause there was no pressing business which !could necessitate a second

input.
Staff felt it !ot71d he a good idea for at least one Commissioner to sit in
on these neetinns in addition to Staff, ani discussed the time frame for such
reet',nns an,! reacrting hack to the Commission. After discussion, Staff felt
a report coul^ he issenbhad for t';e meeting of the '_"th of January.
