MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
Wednesday, March 24, 1976
vpc: Reel 48, Side 1, Tract 2, Count 1 to 30.
Chairman Perkins called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. In the Council Chambers,
Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, California.
A. ROLL CALL: Chairman William Perkins and Commissioner Judith Carl co
Also Present: A. D. Russell, City Engineer; K. R. Pastrof, Town Planner;
and D. Pennington, Secretary.
Absent: Commissioner Theodora Schick.
B. CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of the Minutes of the Meeting of March 10, 1976.
Correction was made as follows:
Paragraph D. End second sentence with an exclamation point, not a period.
Commissl oner Carico moved, seconded by Chairman Perkins, that the minutes
be approved as corrected. The motion passed unanl mously.
C. PUBLIC HEARING: LANDS OF DETRICK
Staff requested a continuance to allow the applicant time to correct his map
rs
deficiencies. The applicant's approval had been obtained for the continuance.
MOTION
Commissioner Cartco moved, seconded by Chairman Perkins, that the Public
Hearing of the LANDS OF DETRICK be continued to the Variance and Permit
Commission meeting of April 14, 1976. The motion passed unanimously.
D. NEW BUSINESS
Commissloner Cartco advised that newly appointed Planning Commissioner
WI lllam Hahn would be on the Variance and Permit Commission during the
months of April and May, 1976.
E. OLD BUSINESS: None
F. ADJOURNMENT: 7:25 p.m.
It was moved, seconuou and unanimously carried that the meeting be adjourned.
