No action was taken.
Connissioner Mellquist was excused.
VARIANCES: The Martin E. Packard variance was postponed at request
of the applicant.

RECOMMENDATION:
That the tentative map of Mrs. Ror_ania Clark (158-60) 2 lots, be
approved, indicating the improvement of.Lupine Lane to the full

compliance with provisions of the Check List.
MOTION: Dawson; SECOND: Hibner; VOTE: Passed unanimously
Commissioner Tantau was excused.. .

That the request for re -location of lot lines of the Keith
Dalton property be denied.
MOTION: Stevens; SECOND: Case; VOTE: Passed unanimously

of three (3) months: Richard S. Dawson, Chairman, Proctor

MOTION: Stevens; SECOND: Alter; VOTE: Passed unanimously
NIa Co;�.ittee: The following Commissioners were appointed to the Map
Oomzattee or a period of three months: Andrew C. Stevens, Chairman,
Don T. Hibner, and Alexander C. Prentice, Jr.
The terms of Commissioners Case and Dawson expire March 14, 1960.
Commissioner Case stated that he does not wish to be reappointed.
