MINUTES OF A REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
March 26, 1960
The Adjourned Regular fleeting of the Planning Commission of the Town
Df Los Altos Hills was called to order Saturday, March 26, 1960 by
,nairman Richard S. Dawson at 8:50 A. M. at the Town Hall, 263?9 West
?remont Avenue, Los Altos Hills.

The Chairman stated that other Commissioners were expected, but would

Yr. Kertz will be notified that this matter will be considered at
the next meeting.

construction of a garage and driveway on the opposite side of house
eight feet (8') from the property line was considered.
Property owners within 500 feet of the property have signed as hav-
ing no objections.
The suggestion was rade that Mr. Finkenstaedt consult with the
Smiths to negotiate the granting of a deed restriction that there
could be no building constructed any closer than thirty feet (30')

The recommendation was deferred until the resting of Apr. ?, 1960.

Letter of March 1, 1960 from Mr. Cooley was road.
Memo, dated Mar. 9t, from the City Clerk was read, citing the
violation of Section 3:30 of Ord. No. 35 and certain other pert-
inent facts regarding this map.
Mr. Cooley stated that there had been an agreement to sell the
property, but that the sale had not been consurated.
During the discussion, Mr. Cooley stated that he would have his
map revised as follows:
1. A two -lot subdivision, to include Parcel A -I (6 acres) and
A-2 (4 acres) -ir,' I-recl '_ (20 '�cr0s')'
2. A sixty foot strip from Elena Avenue to Parcel B will be dedi-
cated for a future road (35 feet fror Parcel A and 25 feet to
be gained from the Cooley, Jr. property).
3, Road frontage of 110' on Elena Ave. along Parcel A will be
irproved to Town Standards.
4. Ten feet (101) to be dedicated on Elena Avenue for Parcel A.
The recommendation was deferred until the meeting of Apr- 7Q at
which tire the revised map will have been received.
2. Clark, Mrs. Romania (158-60) 2 lots. rngr. J. Riley.
Corrected map, proposing improvement of one-half (14) width of
Lupine Lane, was considered.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the map of Mrs, Romania Clark (158-60) 2 lots be approved,
siibject to the cDnditions of the Check List, approval of all
agencies, and construction of one-half (1h) width of Lupine Lane.
MOTION: Prentice; SECOND: Dawson; VOTE: Passed unanimously

The following conditions were noted as necessary for approval.

Gulch; the flanning Conrission will request a landscape plan, by
letter; drainage soems appropriate.
