M. by Vice -Chairman Proctor Mellquist at the Town Hall, 2671^; W. Fremont Ave., Los Altos Hills. ROLL CALL: FR33ENT: Commissioners Dawson, Hibner, Prentice, Vice - Chairman Mellquist ABSM= : Commissioners Stevens, Williams MINUTES: June 2nd and 18%, 1960. ACTION: That Minutes of June 2, 1960 be adopted as submitted. Minutes of June 180 will be approved at the next meeting. COMMUNICATIONS: 1. Mrs. D. Boggs - Letter reouested consideration of her property. Mrs. Boggs was present and exrlained that she wished to sell her property and asked an opinion from the Planning Commission re- lative to possibilities of future subdividing. After reviewing a sketch of the property, the Planning Commission offered no opinion, but cited no pertinent problems. Vice -Chairman Mellquist announced that the Mayor would be present to discuss formation of a citywide planning committee. OLD BUSINESS: None. NEW BUSINESS: None. USE PERMITS: 1. Peninsula Bowmen's Association - Request for Extension of Use ermit. That the Use Permit of the Peninsula Bowmen's Association be extended for six month to January 1, 1961. MOTIO'": Dawson; SECOND: Hibner; VOTE: Passed unanimously 1 PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION: 1 1. Lodwith & Anderson. 5 lots. 'in. -r. John D. Moss. 1 Tentative Map of the C. '.. Sewell property was discussed. No specific problems were cited and it was the opinion of the Com- mission that the Lap could be.filed for annroval. , LIVISI:ONS G_+ LAND: Mr. Wm. D. Coldirun, Mr. L. H_ne, and Mir. Jchn Clegg, Engineer, were present. Revised Map, dated June 23, 1960, was presented by Mr. Clegg. Following discussion, the following suggestions were made: Block "R": a) Decrease the area of Lot No. 5 and increase the area of lots 3 and 4. b) :.ccess to be forty foot (401) dedicated public right of way, twenty foot (20') improved section with turning circle (80' diameter) at Lot /6. c) Driveway from turning circle to serve Lot ,;17. Block "T": a) "cress from Street " to be a forty foot (40') dedicated public right of way, twenty foot (.20') improved section with turning circle (80' diameter) at Lot #6. b) Driveway from turning circle to serve Lot c) Driveway from Street "l." to serve Lot #S. Block "0": a) Access from Elena tve. to be a forty foot (40') de�icated public right of way with twenty foot (20') improved section and turning circle (80' diameter). b) Easement from Flena eve, serving Lots 1, 2, and 3, to be a thirty-two foot (32') with turning circle between Lots #2 & #3. c) Driveway from turning circle to serve Lot ;y4. R .COMMEND >TION : That the Map of Fromont Hills Unit No. 6 (160-60) be redrawn in accordance with the discussion of June 25, 1960, to be be re- turned for consideration at the next meeting. MOTION: Hibner; SECOND: Prentice: VOTE: Passed unanimously ANNOUNCEMENTS: The next meeting of the Map Committee will be Tuesday, July 5, 1960 at 3:00 P. M. at the Town Hall.
