MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
July 7, 1960
Aar,P'ae Regular Meeting of the planning Commission of the Town of Los
.:.tos Hills was called to order Thursday, July 7, 1960 at 7,50Fremont
by Vice -Chairman Proctor Mellquist at the Town Hall, 26379 d
Ave., Los Altos Hills.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Commissioners Bibner, Prentice, Vice -Chairman
Mellquist
AB92TT: Commissioners Dawson, Stevens, Williams
Due to the lack of a �,uorum, a No-Auorum Meeting was held.
Approval of Minutes of June 2nd, 18t, 1960 was deferred to July 162.
COMMUNICATIONS: Prone.
OLD BUSINESS: None.

1. Planning P_dvisory Committee.
RECOMr`E TDATION :
That the Planning Commission recommend to the Council the
appointment of a Committee to act as an advisory body to
the Planning Commission for the purpose of making recom-
mendations relative to the following matters:
` 1. Precising the General Plan.
2. Study of problems connected with the Freeway.
3. Land use stu?ies.
' 4. Zoning Ordinance, road standards, etc.
MOTION: Prentice; SECOND: Hibner;
I AMENDED BY:
That the Council make such a Committee widely representative
of the Town.
AMENDED BY: Hibner; SECOND: Prentice:
1 VOTE: Passed unanimously
1 DIVISIONS OF LAND:
1 1. Sewell Manor (161-60) 5 lots. Engr. J. D. Moss,
1 Mr. Moss and Mr. H. R. Mulberg were present.
1 04W Due to the lack of a quorum, recommendation was deferred to the
I meeting of July 16, 1960.
2. Fremont Hills Unit No__5 (_160..-FO)_3.5 Lots. Engr. L. G. Urian
Mr. Clegg, Engineer, and r,r. 1. Hin,:, representative of the
Fremont Hills Development Co., were present
Rev' -sed Map was presented by Mr. Clegg. It was the opinion of
Commissioners present that the Map conforms to all requirements
imposed by the Planning Commission and will be acted on at the
meeting of July 16m.

1. Vice -Chairman Mellquist suggested that Commissioners be prepared
to elect officers at the next meeting.
