The Regular Meeting of the Ilanning Commission of the Town of Los
Altos Hills was called to order by Chairman Don T. Hibnr, Decem-
ber

ACTION:
Adopt Minutes of November 19, 1960 as corrected.
COMMUNICATIONS & ANNOUNCEMENTS: None.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Gulich, David E (170-60)..2 lots. Engr. Mark Thomas.
Revised map was considered.
Map Committee Chairman stated that the map does not conform to
provisions of the Subdivision Ordinance in that the gross and not
acreage of lots is not shown, nor is the status of E1Monte Avenue
and Tepa 'day indicated.
ACTION:
That the tentative map of David E. Gulick be returned Mr.
Gulick to be represented showing the exact net acreage of the
lots in detail and that the map be in conformance with all
provisions of Ordinance No. 35.
MOTION: Mellquist; SECOND: Hawley; VOTE: Passed unanimously
DIVISIO"S OF LAND:
1. Fremont Hills Unit No 6 (160-60) 36 Lots. Engr. L. G. Brian.
Revised map, showing change in frontage, was explained by repre-
sentative of Engineer. The road will be a 501 dddicated right
of way.
The Map Committee Chairman stated that this change is satisfactory.

RECOMMENDATION:
`r That the reviseP. ma.p 13-78A, of Fremont Hills unit No. 6
(160-60), c3flsiCc' atiJn being given only to D Street and
minor area charges to Trots 3 & 4, be approved, subject to
installation of and "No Thru Street" signs at Pur-
issima Avenue.
MOTION: Alter; SECOND: Mellquist; VOTE: Passed unanimously
2. Olive Tree Hill, Inc. (164-60) 37 lots. Engr. Jones, Thenn &
Associates.
Chairman of the Map Committee suggested that consideration of the
map be deferred until an on site inspection has been made by the
members of the Planning Commission.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tentative Map of Olive Tree Hill, Inc. (174-60)
37 lots, be referred back to the Map Committee.
MOTION: Alter; SECOND: Bowler; VOTE: Passed unanimously
Mr. Thenn, Engineer, and Mr. Dunn were invited to attend the next
Map Committee meeting on Mon.? Dec. 12, 1960 at 3:30 P. M. at the
Town Hall.
3. Deal Mr. Roger A (176-60) 4 tots. Walter D. Foy, Land Surveyor.
Following discussion of Fernhill Road, the following motion was
proposed: (Commissioner Mellquist was excused.)
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tentative Map of Mr. and Mrs. Roger A. Deal be
approved subject to the following conditions:

2. That the subdivider be required to improve the roads
on the periphery of the subdivision, i. e. Camino Her-

3. That the ten foot (101) dedicated strip on the periphery
of the subdivision shall not be deducted from the gross

specified by the Town Engineer.
6. Subject to approval of various agencies and conditions
of the check list.
MOTION: Hawley; SECOND: Prentice: VOTE: Passed unanimously
