The Special Meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order
by Chairman Don T. Hibne^ Thursday, December 5, 1960 at ?:44 P. M.
at the Town Hall, 263`;) ',1. Fremont, Los :,ltos Hills.
ROLL C(.LL: PRESENT: Commissioners Mellquist, Prentice, Stevens,
Hawley (-.rrive3 at 7:45 F. M.), Chairman

Waiver of Notice and Consent to hold Special Meeting was signed by
the Commissioners present.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Considere
Resolution No. 7-60, reporting to the City Council and making
recommendation that the Town of Los Lltos Hills annex certain
inhabited territory, designated as San '.ntonio Hills No. 2,
was read in its entirety by the City Attorney.
ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 7-60 as read.
MOTION: Prentice; SECOND: Mellquist;
ROLL C -LL VOTE: .'.YES:Cernissioners Mellquist, Prentice,
Hawley, Stevens, Chairman Hibner
NOES: None
.BSENT: Commissioners Ater, Bowler.
Upon Motion by Commissioner Mellquist, seconded by Commissioner
Hawley, the Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:47 P. M.
