TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2004 in the Bullis School Multi -Purpose Room, 25890 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF MALAVALLI & PACKARD , 27500 & 12840 La Vida Real, (145 -04 -LM); A request for a lot merger of two existing parcels into one 8.03 -acre parcel. (Staff -Leslie Hopper) Project details are outlined on the reverse side of the notice. The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town Hall, 25890 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that location upon request. All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written communications should be filed prior to the date of the Hearing. If you challenge the action of the Site Development Hearing, Planning Commission, or the City Council in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Town at, or prior to, the public hearing.
