MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING
Saturday, January 13, 1979
The adjourned meeting of the Planning Commission met at 11:00 a.m. on
January 13 at the Dawson residence.
Present were: Commissioners Stewart, Kuranoff, Dochnahl, and Rydel 1.
Also present were: Pathway Committee members Jean Struthers and Carol
Gottlieb, Staff member John Carlson, Applicant Larry Dawson, Developer
Al Woolworth and Ken Pastroff of Woolworth Construction Company.
The site was reviewed, and the following items concluded:
1. The applicant agreed that common driveway easements could be
shown as part of the final map. However, common driveways
would not be required if development of each site warranted
a single driveway for each lot.
2. The pathway along Page Mill Road would be placed in the right-
`, of -way and located adjacent to the property line of the street.
3. The applicant preferred that the driveway for Lot 13 be to Page Mill
Road as shown on the tentative map. The applicant will look at an
enlarged driveway entrance for safety with respect to entering and
leaving the driveway.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
