MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING

Re: Lands of Manuel, TM #2101-79, Tentative Map
On December 9, 1979 the Planning Commission met at the site of the subject
map to discuss the proposed 5 lot development as per the subject map. The
following were present:

Richard Rydell
Arthur Lachenbruch
Engineer John Lynch 8 Joe Szabo, Nowack 8 Associates, Inc.
Staff John A. Carlson, City Engineer/Planner
The following comments were made:
1. A reduction in the lots should be considered.
2. The residence on lot 5 should be restricted to the west side on the knoll.
3. The drainfield for lot 1 is amongst the oak trees and the added water
may kill them.
4. Access to lot 2 from Elena Road is poor.
5. The wooded area should be kept in a conservation easement.
6. The combination of road, fault line and wooded area appears to eliminate a
building site on lot 1.
