MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
Wednesday, February 23, 1983
Reel 104, Side II, Tract I, 000-200
Chairman Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. in the
Town Hall Council Chambers.
A. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioners Lachenbruch, Stewart and Struthers
Absent: None
Staff: Assistant Planner Pat Webb; Secretary Leslie Mullins
B. CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. Variance & Permit Minutes - February 9, 1983
MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Lachenbruch, seconded by
Struthers and passed unanimously to approve the February 9, 1983
Variance & Permit Commission Minutes as amended. On page two,
Motion, third line amended as follows: "commission noted the re-
quest for building coverage exceeding 448 can probably be justified..."
C. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Lands of Fritz, File #VAR 9-82, 13303 Lennox Way, Variance
request to allow building coverage in excess of the 448
building coverage requirement by 900+ sq.ft. for construction
of a new residence.
Ms. Webb referred to her staff report of February 18, 1983, noting
this is a revised application since the meeting of February 9, 1983,
indicating the residence now conforms to the building envelop
requirement; the variance request is to exceed the building coverage.
Staff recommends approval of the request with statements of approval
and conditions as outlined in the February 18, 1983 staff report.
The Public Hearing was opened and closed with no one speaking for
or against this variance request.
MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Lachenbruch, seconded by
Struthers to recommend approval to the City Council, Lands of Fritz,
File #VAR 9-82, subject to the conditions and recommendation as
set forth in staff report dated February 18, 1983.
It was noted to staff to be sure that all sheets on approved
variance plans are properly identified.
