Present: Commissioners Gottlieb, Kuranoff, Lachenbruch, Yanez and
Chairman Carico
Absent: Cennissioners Siegel and Struthers
Staff: George Scarborough, City Manager; Nancy Lytle, lbws Planner;
Lori Scott, Assistant Planner
B. REGULAR MEETING ITEM: Called to order at 7:32 p.m.
1. Determination of setback, Lot #6, Bentley Court
MOTION SBCCNDED AND CAIU=: Moved by Iachenbruch, seconded by Carico and
passed by the following roll call vote that the forty foot setback be from
Burke Road, because this selection results in minimizing impact of future
development on the lot to the ccan Ity at large.
ROLL CALL:
AYES: Omnissioners Gottlieb, Kuranoff, Iachenbruch and Chairman Carico
NOES: Comnissioter Yanez
Adjourned Regular meeting to Study Session at 7:55 P.M.
