HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 8.1X3,1 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (FAST-TRACK REVIEW) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Director has approved the following application at a Fast Track Hearing on Tuesday, Much 1, 2005: LANDS OF ZHU AND XU, 24910 La Loma Court (206-04-ZP-SD-GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 4,762 square foot two story residence (maximum vertical height 25'8") (staff -Debbie Pedro). Project details are outlined on the reverse side of the notice. All applications approved by the Planning Director, at a Fast-track meeting, are subject to a 22 day appeal period. Any member of the public may appeal the Planning Director's decision on the aforementioned project by submitting a letter requesting appeal and the justification for appeal, and submitting a fee of $400 and deposit of $650.
