1. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
2. CONSENT CALANDER:
All items appearing on the Consent Calender will be adopted in one motion
unless a request is made to remove a particular item for special consideration.
2.1. Minutes of September 12, 1989.
3. REPORT FROM THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 20TH, 1989:

4. REPORT FROM THE SUE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETING OF
SEPTEMBER 19TH.

5. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR:
Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the
agenda are invited to do so now. Please note, however, that the Commission
is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action tonight on non-
agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda
for the next meeting.
6. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
6.1. LANDS OF ASHMAN,13645 Paseo Del Roble, A request for a Varience to
lot coverage and building height limitations and Site Development
Permit approval for an addition/remodel to a residence.
6.2. LANDS OF COLLINSON, 27500 Edgerton Road, A request for a Varience
to allow enclosure of a carport (to create a garage) located within the
front yard setback and Site Development Permit.

6. PUBLIC HEARINGS (cont.):
6.3. LANDS OF HANSEN, Lot #19 Amherst Court, A request for a
Conditional Development Permit and Site Development Permit for a
New Residence.
7. NEW BUSINESS:
7.1. Discussion of the compensation program for members of appointed
boards and commissions.
Following a brief discussion at the September 12th joint Planning
Commission and City Council meeting this item, originally raised by
Commissioner Jones, was referred to the Commission for further
consideration.
7.2. Scheduling of a Commission workshop on Ridgeline and Hilltop
Preservation Regulations (memo attached).
7.3. Selection of Planning Commission members to sit on the ad-hoc
committee to re -review the McCulloch Subdivision Tentative Map
(memo attached).
