ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: 2. CONSENT CALENDER: All items appearing on the Consent Calender will be adopted in one motion unless a request is made to remove a particular item for special consideration. 2.1. Minutes of October 11th, 1989. 3. REPORT FROM THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 18TH, 1989: Commissioner Noel 4. REPORT FROM THE SITE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETING OF OCTOBER 17th AND 24TH. Commissioners Jones and Stutz (respectively) 5. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR: Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now. Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action tonight on non- agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for the next meeting. 6. PUBLIC HEARINGS: 6.1. LANDS OF THE PURISSIMA HILLS WATER DISTRICT, 26375 Fremont Road, A request for Variances to maximum development area, maximum floor area and setbacks to allow construction of a mobile telephone structure within the setback and Site Development Permit for a mobile telephone structure and antenna at the LaCresta Storage site. 6.2. LANDS OF WONG, 26440 Taaffe Road, A request for a Site Development L Permit (referred from the Site Development Committee). LANDS OF McCULLOCH, Stonebrook Drive and Prospect Avenue, Review of a Tentative Map extension for 23 lots of a 35 lot subdivision. 7. NEW BUSINESS: 7.1. Discussion of the process for selecting the chair and vice -chair of the Planning Commission. Commissioner Jones requested this item be placed on the agenda for discussion. 8. OLD BUSINESS: 9.
