Persons wishing to address the Council on any subject not on the agenda are invited
to do so now. Each presentation is limited to a maximum of three minutes. Please
note that the Council is not able to undertake extended discussion or action tonight
on any non-agendized item. Under a resolution previously adopted by the Council,
such items can be referred to staff for appropriate action, which may include
placement on the next agenda.
