3. REPORT FROM THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF NOVEMBER 15TH,
1989:

4. REPORT FROM THE SITE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETINGS OF
NOVEMBER 14TH 21ST AND 28TH AND DECEMBER 12TH:
Commissioners Carico/Pahl, Comiso, Stutz and Comiso respectively.
5. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR:
Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the
agenda are invited to do so now. Please note, however, that the
Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take
action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to
staff or placed on the agenda for a future meeting.
6. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. LANDS OF NG, 12700 Leander Drive, A request for a Site
Development Permit (referred from Site Development
Committee).
2. LANDS OF WONG, 11675 Dawson Drive, A request for a variance to
the maximum developable area allowed by the Zoning Code for
and addition to a residence.
(The Wong's have decided to modify their application and are
requesting that this item be renoticed for the next Planning
Commission meeting.)

3. LANDS OF ASHMAN, 13645 Paseo Del Roble Court, A request for a
variance to the maximum floor area allowed by the Zoning Code
for an addition to a residence.
4. LANDS OF RAMAN, 12378 Priscilla Lane, An appeal of a Site
Development Permit.

1. Discussion of options for addressing concerns related to the Site
Development Process.
2. Review of the Draft Planning Commission Work Program.
3. Determination of whether to have the December 27th, 1989
Planning Commission meeting.
