1. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR:
Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the
agenda are invited to do so now. Please note, however, that the
Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take
action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to
staff or placed on the agenda for a future meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
3.0 PLANNING COMMISSION DISCLOSURES.
4 3.1 LANDS OF HANSEN, Lot 19 Amherst Court: A request for
modification of a Conditional Development Permit and approval of a
Site Development Permit for a new residence.
3.2 LANDS OF PULFORD, 25852 Westwind Way: A request for a
variance to the 30 foot sideyard setback requirement and Site
Development Permit to allow construction of a second unit.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
4.1 Discussion the process for projects resulting in impact to a
conservation easement.
Staff requests policy direction relative to the level of impact acceptable
and direction as to what process should be used to review such projects.
4.2 Selection of a subcommittee to review the fence ordinance.
The Council, at their December 5th meeting, directed the Planning
Commission to appoint a subcommittee to review the fence ordinance.

4.3 Appointment of two Commissioners to attend a Subdivision
Committee metting on January 15, 1991.
5. OLD BUSINESS:
5.1 Update on the activities of the General Plan Housing and Mineral
Resource subcommittees.
6. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF DECEMBER 12,1990.
7. REPORT FROM THE CITY COUNCIL MEETENGS OF DECEMBER 19, 1990
