Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now. Please
note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action tonight on
non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future meeting.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
3.1 LANDS OF MALEK, Buena Vista Road, APN 182-29-034: Acceptance of an
application for a tentative subdivision map.
3.2 LANDS OF CIRCLE, 26541 Taaffe Road: Acceptance of an application for a
tentative subdivision map.
3.3 Approval of the minutes of March 13th, 1991
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS
Planning Commission Disclosures: Given that each commissioner has visited the property and not
spoken with the applicant, any commissioner with any further disclosures shall state them.
4.1 LANDS OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS (Sun Country Cable),
Purissima Road at Viscaino Road: Review of Site Development Permit
Condition #1.
4.2 LANDS OF WONG, 11675 Dawson Drive: A request for a variance to the
maximum development area for deck construction.
4.3 Adoption of an ordinance amending Chapter 1 (Zoning) of Title 10 (Zoning and
Site Development) to clarify Article 4 (noncomforming uses and structures).
