ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. APPOINTMENTS AND PRESENTATIONS 2.1 Report from Sun Country Cable 3. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now. Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future meeting. 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS Planning Commission Disclosures: Given that each commissioner has visited the property and not spoken with the applicant, any commissioner with any further disclosures shall state them. 4.1 LANDS OF TAKAMOTO, 13680 Robleda Road: A request for a Site Development permit for a New Residence. 4.2 LANDS OF SCOTT, 27860 Black Mountain Road: A request for a Site Development permit for a New Residence, Swimming Pool, and Pool House. 4.3 LANDS OF TUTTLE, 13660 Golden Hill Court: A request for a Variance to the maximum development area limitation of the Zoning Code and a Site Development permit for a Swimming Pool. 4.4 LANDS OF DEL INVESTMENTS COMPANY, 24970 O'Keefe Lane: An appeal of the Site Development Committee denial of a request for a Site Development permit for a Tennis Court. 4.5 LANDS OF MERRILL, 25355 La Loma Drive, 185 -91 -TM, APN 336-32-009: A request for adoption of a Negative Environmental Declaration, a Conditional Exception, and approval of a Tentative Map for a two -lot subdivision. kor PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA September 25th, 1991 Page 2 4.6 LANDS OF YUNG, 13880 Campo Vista Lane: A request for a Site Development permit for a Major Addition. Applicant has requested that this item be continued. 4.7 LANDS OF LAUB, 27210 Fremont Road, 344 -90 -TM: A request for approval of a Tentative Map for a four -lot subdivision. This item has been continued and will be rescheduled. 5. NEW BUSINESS 5.1 Ordinance Amending Chapter 1 of Title 10 Regarding Setback Lines The City Council, at their meeting of September 4, 1991, directed the Planning Commission to look at the issue of front yard setbacks and the relationship of setbacks to the size of the home. 6. OLD BUSINESS 6.1 Consideration of scheduling of Subdivision Committee meetings. 7. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 11TH, 1991 8. REPORT FROM THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 18TH, 1991 Commissioner Ellinger 9. REPORT FROM THE SITE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE There were no meetings on September 17th or 24th, 1991. 10.
