1. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR
Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so
now. Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or
take action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the
agenda for a future meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS
Planning Commission Disclosures: Given that each commissioner has visited the property and not
spoken with the applicant, any commissioner with any further disclosures shall state them.
3.1 LANDS OF BIRNBAUM, 27760 Edgerton Road: A request for a Site
Development permit for an Addition
3.2 LANDS OF CLAUSEN, 12809 Clausen Court (Lot #5): A request for a Site
Development permit for a New Residence, Second Unit and Pool
3.3 LANDS OF KOLYN ENTERPRISES, 13861 Cicerone Lane: A request for a
Site Development permit for a New Residence and Swimming Pool
3.4 LANDS OF BATTLE, 27472 Altamont Road: A request for Variances to the
setback requirements of the Zoning Code and a Site Development permit
for a Major Addition
3.5 LANDS OF BEN-ARTZI, 27800 Via Feliz: A request for a Site Development
permit for a New Residence, Tennis Court, and Swimming Pool
4. NEW BUSINESS
4.1 Policy on Site Development
The City Council, at their meeting of September 4, 1991, conditionally approved
the Site Development Policy Statement and directed the policy to the Planning
Commission for comment to be provided for the Council meeting of October 16,
1991.
