Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now. Please note,
however, that he Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action tonight on non-agendized
items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS
3.1 LANDS OF GREEN EARTH, 27168 Moody Court (244-98-ZP-SD-GD); A
request for a Site Development Permit for a 7,273 square foot new residence
(maximum height 27 feet) including a two -car garage and a three -car detached
carport (continued from May 26, 1999).
3.2 LANDS OF BARTH, 14350 Manuella Road (43-ZP-SD); A request for a Site
Development Permit for a 6,952 square foot new residence with an attached three -
car garage (maximum height 26 V2 feet), a 2,758 square foot basement including a
pool, and a 600 square foot accessory structure.
3.3 Proposed Amendments to Matadero Creek Subdivision Conditions of Approval,
Related to Building Coverage and Maximum Development Area; and Negative
Declaration.
