Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now.
Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action
tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future
meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS -6:30 P. M.
If you challenge the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 21 day
waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any member
of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.
3.1 LANDS OF BURGER, 25850 Westwind Way (corner of Westwind Way and La
Paloma Road) (7-99-ZP-SD-GD-VAR); A request for a Site Development Permit
for a new residence, and a variance to exceed the maximum development area
permitted.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS - 7:00 P.M.
3.2 LANDS OF QUINN & PANOFSKY, 25691 & 25671 Chapin Road (80 -99 -LLA);
A request for a lot line adjustment.
3.3 LANDS OF QUINN, 25671 Chapin Road (76-99-ZP-SD-CDP-VAR); A request
for Conditional Development and Site Development Permits for a new residence,
and variances to exceed the allowable MDA and MFA and to allow required
parking within the setback.
3.4 LANDS OF WYTHE & VITU, 13828 Moon Lane (161-98-ZP-SD-GD); A
request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence.
