2. PUBLIC HEARINGS -6:30 P. M.
If you challenge the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 21 day
waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any member
of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.
2.1 LANDS OF WANG, 27581 Samuel Lane (111-99-ZP-SD-GD); A request for a
Site Development Permit for a new residence with attached garage (continued
from August 11, 1999). (Note: No new plans have been submitted -will be re -
noticed when ready.)
3. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR
Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now.
Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action
tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future
meeting.

4.1 LANDS OF LE FEVRE, Altamont Road and Eshner Court (85 -99 -LLA); A
request for a Lot Line Adjustment, and request to abandon a pathway easement
between the Lands of LeFevre and the Lands of Cleary.
4.2 LANDS OF VAMEGHL 25705 O'Keefe Lane (149-99-ZP-SD-GD); A request
for a Site Development Permit for a new residence and attached garage (continued
to September 81h due to story poles not being in place).

(26 feet in height) with an attached two -car garage, and a one -car carport.
