Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action
tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a
future meeting.

If you challenge the proposed actions) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 22 day
waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any
member of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.
4.1 LANDS OF NAIR, 24680 Prospect Avenue (330-99-ZP-SD-GD); A request
for a Site Development Permit for a new residence (continued from June 14,
2000). Continued to July 12, 2000.
4.2 LANDS OF NUENHUIS & BROERING, 12175 Hilltop Drive (89-00-ZP-SD-
GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new residence (continued
from June 14, 2000).
PUBLIC HEARINGS -7:00 P.M.
4.3 LANDS OF GHAFFARI, 27020 Purissima Road (51 -00 -LLA); A request for
a lot line adjustment.

4.4 LANDS OF ALVARES, 14360 De Bell Road (10-00-ZP-SD-FM-ND); A
request for a Final Map Amendment (Tract 1286), removing a recorded
building setback line, and Negative Declaration.
4.5 LANDS OF YU, 12981 La Barranca Road (83-00-ZP-SD-VAR); A request
for a Site Development Permit for a new 678 square foot bam (maximum
height 19 feet), and variance to exceed the allowable Maximum Development
Area for the site.
