Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action
tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a
future meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS

Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 22 day
waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any
member of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.
3.1 LANDS OF CAMPBELL & LIGETI, 13902 Campo Vista Lane (116-00-ZP-
SD-GD-VAR); A request for a Site Development Permit for a 13,690 square
foot addition (with basement) and remodel (maximum height 40 feet), pool,
tennis court, workshop, and secondary dwelling unit; and a variance to exceed
the maximum allowable height limit of 27 feet.
3.2 Text Amendment of Sections 10-1.1109 and 10-2.1313 (b) of the Los Altos
Hills Municipal Code regarding appeals from decisions (previously reviewed
July 12, 2000).
