Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now.
Please now, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action
tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future
meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS
If you challenge the proposed actions) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 22 day
waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any member
of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.
3.1 LANDS OF HABER, 13164 La Cresta Drive (98-00-ZP-SD-PM); A request for
a Landscape Plan Permit Modification.
3.2 LANDS OF MENDEZ, 27581 Elena Road (54-01-ZP-SD-GD); A request for a
Site Development Permit for a 13,000 square foot barn (maximum height 27 feet)
and arena.
3.3 ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO THE TOWNS ZONING CODE WITH
REGARD TO THE NET AREA DEFINITION (SECTION 10-1.206).
