PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now. Please now, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future meeting. 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS taw If you challenge the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 22 day waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any member of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision. 3.1 LANDS OF EPISCOPAL LAYMEN'S GROUP OF LOS ALTOS / SPRINT PCS, 26140 Duval Way (122-01-ZP-SD-ND-CUP); A request for a Site Development Permit and Conditional Use Permit for the placement of a wireless communications facility consisting of three (3) panel antennas and 6 equipment cabinets at an existing church site also containing other telecommunications facilities; and Negative Declaration. 3.2 LANDS OF ASKARINAM, & YAZDANI, 2 7830 Elena Road (162-01-ZP-SD); A request for a Site Development Permit (grading) for 2,224 cubic yards of additional fill.
