Persons wishing to address the Commission on any subject not on the agenda are invited to do so now.
Please now, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action
tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future
meeting.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
4 If you challenge the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described below, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 22 day
waiting period during which any member of the City Council may initiate a Council review, or any member
of the public may appeal the Planning Commission decision.
3.1 LANDS OF HICKMAN, 26500 Purissima Road (141-01-ZP-SD); A request for
a Site Development Permit for a 1,000 square foot secondary dwelling unit
(maximum height 27 feet).
3.2 SANTA CLARA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT (173-01-MISC), A request for
an easement over Edith Park (Town of Los Altos Hills) for environmental
mitigation purposes, S.E. comer of Fremont Road and W. Edith Avenue.
3.3 LANDS OF GOESE, 13640 Burke Road (210 -01 -VAR); A request for a variance
to allow an encroachment of patios and landings in property setbacks.
