Please note, however, that the Commission is not able to undertake extended discussion or take action
tonight on non-agendized items. Such items will be referred to staff or placed on the agenda for a future
meeting.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS

All applications approved or denied at tonight's Planning Commission meeting are subject to a 22 day

for an existing/previously approved wireless communications facility.

3.2 FOOTHILL COLLEGE/SPRINT PCS, 12345 EI Monte Road (165 -01 -
CUP); Conditional Use Permit Renewal for an existing/previously approved
wireless communications facility comprised of panel antennas on the
Foothill College Gym. No changes are proposed to these antennas.

Conditional Use Permit for the placement of six (6) panel antennas on an
existing pole, and 10 equipment cabinets within an existing
telecommunication facility; and Negative Declaration (continued from July

3.5 BUILDING HEIGHT AND SETBACKS:
a. Increase front and rear yard setbacks for two story homes that are larger
than 6,000 square feet.
b. Allow increases in building height to promote architectural diversity,
provided that setbacks lengthen in proportion to building height;
