A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
PUBLIC HEARING ON AN APPLICATION BY THE
ESTATE OF IRMA C. GOLDSMITH FOR A
CONDITIONAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, an Application of A Certificate of Compliance has been filed
with the Town of Los Altos Hills regarding the Lands of Irma C. Goldsmith,
also known as 27330 Elena Road, Los Altos Hills, California, having been filed
with the Town; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is has determined to conduct a hearing
concerning the Certificate of Compliance,
1. That the City Council hereby fixes as the time and place for the
Public Hearing on the above-described application for approval of the
Certificate of Compliance, the hour of 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1,
1989, in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos
Hills, California.
2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause notice of the
Public Hearing to be given by doing each of the following things not less than
ten (10) days prior to the date of the Public Hearing, and as required by
Sections 65090, 65091, and 66451.3 of the Government Code of California, to
wit:
(a) Posting of Notice of Public Hearing in at least three (3) public
places in the Town of Los Altos Hills including one (1) public place in
the area directly affected by the proposed Conditional Certificate of
Compliance.

(b) Posting of Notices of Public Hearing for not less than five
hundred (500) feet at approximately one hundred (100) foot intervals
from each boundary of the real property described above along the
road(s)
upon which the real property described above abuts or from an access
road or way to property not having public road frontage.
(c) Giving Notice of said Public Hearing by first class mail to any
person who has filed a written request therefore with the Town of Los
Altos Hills.
(d) Giving Notice of said Public Hearing by mail or by personal
delivery (1) to the Executor of the Estate of Irma C. Goldsmith, and (2)
to all persons, including individuals, corporations, or other public
entities, shown on the last equalized assessment roll as owning real
property within five hundred (500) feet of the real property described
above.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 18th day of January, 1989.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills at its regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 1,
1989, at the hour of 7:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, 26379
Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, will conduct a Public Hearing
following which the Council proposes to adopt a Resolution approving
Issuance of a Conditional Certificate of Compliance to the Estate of Irma C.
Goldsmith regarding the Lands of Goldsmith also known as 27330 Elena Road,
Los Altos Hills, California.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a copy of the records in this matter is
on file in the Office of the City Clerk, Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los
Altos Hills, California, and will be available to be reviewed and inspected by
the public.
All interested persons are invited to be present and to be heard on the
proposed Certificate of Compliance.
