RESOLUTION NO. 28-89
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A SEWER AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND JACK F. ELMBERG AND
CAROL A. ELMBERG AND ORDERING RECORDATION THEREOF
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and
considered that certain Sewer Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills
and Jack F. Elmberg and Carol A. Elmberg,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows:
I. Public interest and convenience require the entering into of a Sewer
Agreement to provide for conversion of the sewage pump system and its
maintenance to comply with a condition of approval of a Parcel Map for
Lands of Elmberg, and the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the
hereinabove described Sewer Agreement.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into, and the Mayor and the
City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them
hereby is authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively, to
execute and attest the Sewer Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills
and Jack F. Elmberg and Carol A. Elmberg.

3. The Sewer Agreement be, and it hereby is accepted and the City
Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and she hereby is directed and
ordered to cause said Agreement to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Santa Clara, State of California.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 15th day of February, 1989.
