A RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF CONDITIONAL .;i. t ,?:4UE
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE TO THE ESTATE OF IRMA C. KR` `-`
GOLDSMITH AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF, AND
ORDERING RECORDATION THEREOF,
AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 20-89
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, as follows:
1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves issuance of a
Conditional Certificate of Compliance to the Estate of Irma C. Goldsmith
pursuant to Section 66499.35 of the Government Code of California
concerning compliance of the real property described in Exhibit "A" of the
Conditional Certificate with provisions of Division 2 of Title 7 of the
Government Code and Ordinances of the Town enacted pursuant thereto.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be and
they and each of them hereby is authorized and directed on behalf of the
Town, respectively, to execute and attest the Conditional Certificate of
Compliance described above.
3. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and she hereby is
directed and ordered to cause the Conditional Certificate of Compliance to be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California.
4. Resolution No. 20-89 adopted by the City Council on February 1,
1989, and the Conditional Certificate of Compliance approved therein, be and
they hereby are repealed and annulled:
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 5th day of April, 1989.

CONDITIONAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
DAN ALEXANDER, as Executor for the ESTATE OF IRMA C. GOLDSMITH,
having requested the TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS (herein called the "TOWN")
to determine whether the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and more commonly known as
27330 and 27320 Elena Road, Los Altos Hills, California, complies with the
provisions of Division 2 of Title 7 of the Government Code of California and
Ordinances of the TOWN enacted pursuant thereto, and the City Council of
the TOWN having made its determination thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 66499.35 of the Government
Code of California, the TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS hereby certifies that the
real property described in Exhibit "A" and the division thereof complies with
applicable provisions of Division 2 entitled "Subdivisions" (commencing with
Section 66410) of Title 7 entitled "Planning and Land Use" of the
Government Code of California and of Ordinances of the TOWN enacted
pursuant thereto, as were established at the time of creation of said 1.003
acre Lot and 1.057 acre Lot subject, however, to the express condition that
the owners of the real property described in Exhibit "A" and prior to the
construction of any building on said 1.003 acre Lot and 1.057 acre Lot shall
apply for and obtain site approval as provided for in Title 10 entitled
"Planning and Zoning" of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and pursuant to a Resolution 48-89 adopted
by the City Council at its regular meeting held on April 5, 1989, the TOWN
has caused its corporate name to be hereto subscribed by its Mayor, attested

corporate seal to be affixed hereto this 5th day of April, 1989.
