RESOLUTION NO. 50-89
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A SECOND ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND
WILSEY & HAM FOR CITY ENGINEER SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and
considered that certain Second Addendum to Agreement between the TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS and WILSEY & HAM, a California Corporation, wherein
the term of the Agreement would be extended from April 1, 1989, to
December 31, 1989, and the schedule of payments for services again would
be revised,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows:
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into of a
Second Addendum to the Agreement, and the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby
approves this Second Addendum to the Agreement.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor and City
Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is
authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively, to execute and
attest the above-described Second Addendum to the Agreement.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 5th day of April, 1989.
