RESOLUTION NO. 51-89
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS DESIGNATING THE STREET NAME "ALTAMONT
COURT" AS THE NAME OF A PRIVATE STREET IN TRACT NO. 2437
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to adopt and designate a
name for any street or to change the existing name of any street, pursuant to
Section 34091.1 of the Government Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public
interest to designate the street name "Altamont Court" as the name of a
private street within Tract No. 2437 for public safety and welfare, namely to
enable the Los Altos Fire Protection District to identify fire service calls from
residents within Tract No. 2437,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows:
1. The City Council hereby designates the street name of "Altamont
Court" as the name of a private street within Tract No. 2437, adjacent to
Parcel 1 and terminating at the boundary of Parcel 2 in Tract No. 2437.
2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause a certified
copy of the within Resolution to be transmitted forthwith to the Board of
Supervisors of Santa Clara County in compliance with Section 39042 of the
Government Code.
