A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING A CERTAIN
TRAIL AND PATHWAY EASEMENT DEED FROM
REYNALDO H. SALAZAR AND MARY LOU SALAZAR
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, that
WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a certain
Trail and Pathway Easement Deed executed by Reynaldo H. Salazar and Mary
Lou Salazar, his wife; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the
above-described Trail and Pathway Easement Deed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Trail and Pathway Easement Deed executed by Reynaldo H.
Salazar and Mary Lou Salazar, his wife, be and the same hereby is accepted
by the Town of Los Altos Hills.
2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and
ordered to cause the Trail and Pathway Easement Deed described above to be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 19th day of April, 1989.

together with ingress thereto reto and egress therefrom and the right to install,

thereon together with appurtenancesthereto, in, on, over, across, along and
